Colt pre-war Ace .22 LR cal., semi-auto pistol, blue finish, checkered wood grips, shipped to Capt. W. C. Wright, Oak Park IL November 23, 1936, 2 guns in shipment, #6814. The pistol remains in excellent to nearmint original condition, showing 98-99% original blue finish, some slight handling, minor storage marks but overall crisp and near new with excellent grips. All correct small parts and barrel along with 2- tonemag, the interior shows just a slight amount of use and near mint bore. Consigner David Tate notes this pistol was authenticated for him by Lowell Pauli, Colt Collectors Association historian. A beautiful Ace which could only be improved by an original box. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
