Colt model 1911, custom targetized .45 auto pistol with early US Property-marked high polish blue finish frame. Serial #1927. The top half is a 1950's-era commercial slide. Target sights have been added. Unmarked commercial barrel.Replacement 1911A1 small parts. Beautiful yellow stag 1950's grips with military-marked 1950's magazine. All parts in good condition. Bore good. Good overall. Frame shows 75-85% blue, some light erosion, slight scratches, and is well marked. Bytradition, this pistol was built up by a military armorer for an officer in the 1950's, which appears consistent. In our opinion, this frame is worthy of a restoration project and should be separated from these shooting parts. Est: $600 -$1,200
