Colt Third Model U.S. Dragoon percussion revolver, cut for shoulder stock, .44 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood grips, #17469. This gun is in overall good condition showing a light grey patinaover general pin prick pitting with some spots of erosion, cylinder shows scattered old knackering, overall good bore and action, all matching serial numbers including the wedge and arbor; iron backstrap, brasstrigger guard; grips are overall good showing wear and scattered old mars including areas at both grip bottoms where butt was likely used to drive tacks.
