Colt Single Action Army revolver, .44-40 cal., 4-3/4" etched barrel, fully and finely master scroll engraved by Ben Lane; blue and gold finish, one piece deluxe burl wood grips, gold line inlays, special inlaidplaques on each side of grips, serial #133406 on antique black powder frame, in coffin-shaped green velveteen lined oak display case. The pistol shows 19th century style scroll engraving influenced byHelfricht, which we feel Ben Lane is currently the best at creating. The barrel shows profuse scroll, gold lines and geometrics, with cross hatched front sight and etched Colt Frontier Six Shooter. Thecylinder shows beautifully cut scrolls, gold bands and borders. The frame is beautifully engraved with 3-line patent dates and gold plated. The backstrap and trigger guard are engraved to match, with gold border inlaid at top of backstrap. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
