Colt Single Action Army flattop target model in .44 S&W caliber with 7 ½” barrel, nickel finish, hard rubber grips, serial number 127733. This target model was restored by Tom Haas Sr. for a prominent Salt Lake City, Utah collector manydecades ago and according to consigner's note “it letters as nickel, 7 ½” barrel, adjustable sights” but no factory letter available at time of cataloging and shipment date and destination not known. The lot includes an x-ray of the framedocumenting it to be an original flattop target model. The quality of the restoration is excellent and was probably accomplished in the 1960s or 70s when Mr. Haas did excellent work and was considered the finest restorer of Colts. Est.:$5,000-$10,000
