Manufactured in 1969. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address, "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .45" on the left side and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame and on the left side of the front and back strap under the grips. Casehardened frame, blue remaining parts, blade front and frame notch rear sights, and fitted with checkered Rampant Colt/American Eagle relief grips. Complete with a stagecoach box and cardboard outer sleeve numbered to the gun.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 98% original blue finish with some thinning to gray on the front strap and areas around the trigger guard bow. The back strap shows some thinning beginning to turn gray. There are some minor scratches on the cylinder as well as a double drag line. The frame retains 99% of the original vivid case colors. The grips are excellent plus with only a couple of very minor handling marks. Sharp markings. The action is excellent. The box is very good.
