Colt SAA revolver, .45 cal., 5-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, pearl grips, #188475, with paperwork from the family of Billy Connel, Texas cowboy and steer roping legend. Factory letter confirms caliber, barrel length, finish, stocks “not listed”, shipped to Simmons Hardware Co. in St. Louis on August 16, 1899 in a shipment of 10 like guns.
