Colt SAA revolver, .44/40 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, nickel finish, ivory grips, #82483. This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing approx. 30% nickel finish with balance gone to a dark patina, goodbore, all matching visible serial numbers, good markings, action is working but does not stay on full cock; ivory grips are non-factory and overall very good condition, slightly oversized for this gun; portion ofetched panel remains visible; with copy of a factory letter confirming features, stocks “Not Listed”; shipped to Hartley & Graham, New York, NY on Sept. 14, 1882, in shipment of 50 guns. Est.: $2,000-$3,000.
