Colt SAA revolver, .38-40 cal., 5-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, checkered black hard rubber grips, #222737. This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing traces of original blue inprotected areas of the ejector housing and backstrap with balance showing an old cleaning, very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings, very good grips; accompanied by a factory letter confirming features (stocksnot listed) and shipped to Blish, Mize & Silliman Hardware Co. in Atchison, Kansas on March 4, 1902, ten guns in shipment. Blish, Mize & Silliman founded their Company in 1871 and got its start by outfitting wagon trains headed west from Atchison. Est.: $1,800-$2,600.

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
