Included isPaperwork, Warranty, Advertisers and 1960 dated factory letter to Mr. Cox stating pistol was mfg in the year of 1959. No other information given. the revolver shows 99%+ original factory nickel, some slight evidence of firing and faint indexline, good action, mint bore, 99%+, box good other than flaps detaching. Needs gluing. Box show gold end label with correct caliber and barrel length and correct serial number on bottom. Second Gen's in factory nickel with original boxes are scarand desirable to Collectors. Interesting that this one was bought close by in Tucson, 50 years ago and kept in its box with all the information.

Arizona Dealers must have on possession on the day of the sale signed copies of their Federal Firearms License. Should any disputes arise between bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final. Additionally the Auctioneer may re-offer or resell any lot in dispute.

All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on the day of sale. Purchases not paid within 14 days of final sale date will b e charged a 5% Late Charge, all accounts past due will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance and compounded monthly. Storage will be provided at no charge for 14 days following the sale date and then at a rate of $5.00 per item per day unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer and the Buyer must make all Shipping or Delivery arrangements on large items. Smalls will be packed and shipped by us at the buyer’s expense. We do not charge other than exact cost for smalls creating and shipping. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the Buyer.
