Colt Official Police double action 38 caliber revolver 4” barrel, factory nickel plated, medallion pearl Colt grips, butt marked S.P.D. No 39 with factory letter verifying features and engraving and stating shipped to Albert W. Tansend, Mayor, City of Saginaw Michigan Dec. 29th 1927 order # 13967/83 with 40 guns in shipment and letter indicates originally shipped with checkered wood grips. Serial #545699. The revolver retains 92-96% original nickel, some slight losses, minor erosion and an index line on cylinder. The grips are not a perfect fit and were probably added during the period of use. Markings are good, interior is good, and generallygood overall. This is a transition model between Army Special and Official Police. Est.; $700-$1,400.

Buyer pays actual costs of packing, materials, shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
