This custom Colt Model 1917 revolver has a shortened and modified grip frame, serrated and bobbed hammer, trigger guard cut out, shortened barrel with serrated blade sight and cocobolo grips. The consignor states that the revolver was modified by noted gunsmith Andy Horvath. The barrel is marked "45 ACP", the side plate has the Rampant Colt and the frame has a U.S. "Eagle/S20" proof on the left side.

Very fine as professionally modified (see above). The revolver retains 99% plus of the blue finish with a series minor scratches on the front grip strap and a light cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with limited very light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
