Fine, with 30% plus of the original blue finish. A brown patina with patches of gray is visible overall, with strong original blue in the protected areas and scattered light spotting and handling marks. Niter finish is strong, with a silver patina on the front of the trigger and on top of the hammer. Grips are also fine, with a few light scratches and scuffs and a well aged light brown color. Mechanically excellent. Colt 1878 Double Action Storekeepers are seldom found in any condition.
