Colt Model 1877 Lightning Revolver, serial #97429, 38 Colt, 3 1/2" round barrel with a bright excellent bore. This antique revolver, manufactured in 1895, remains in very fine condition retaining 95% bright original nickel plated finish with most loss coming in one area on backstrap and a little on sides of frame ahead of cylinder. The fire blue on the cylinder pin release, trigger and hammer spine is strong. The checkered hard rubber Rampant Colt grips rate excellent with no chips and only the most minimal wear. A really lovely little antique Lightning.
