Colt Model 1860 Army percussion revolver, cut for shoulder stock, .44 cal., 8” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood grips, #141626 in overall fine condition showing approx. 50% bright original blue finish on the barrel, approx. 65% originalcase colors on the frame and loading lever; the majority of the cylinder scene is visible with a muted blue/grey patina observable. The action is crisp, the bore fine and the markings are sharp; all matching visible numbers; the grips are verygood with considerable varnish remaining; some scattered old mars and dings from carry and storage. This gun is accompanied by a nicely constructed modern presentation casing with a Colt’s Patent two cavity iron bullet mold, an Eley London cap tin, a combination nipple wrench/screwdriver, a modern reproduction brass powder flask and a reproduction package of cartridges. A very nice Civilian Army with some real accessories and a couple reproductions tofill out a beautifully-made modern casing. (Antique). Est.: $3,000-$6,000.
