Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Revolver
Manufactured in 1863. Three screw frame cut for a shoulder stock. Silver blade sight on a barrel marked "-- ADDRESS COL. SAML COLT NEW-YORK U. S. AMERICA --" . The left side of the frame is marked "COLTS / PATENT", "44 CAL" on the left side of trigger guard, and the Texas navy scene is rolled engraved on the cylinder. Inspection marks are stamped on the barrel, cylinder, and grip straps. Matching number on barrel, frame, cylinder, trigger guard, and backstrap with mismatched wedge. Smooth grip with no visible cartouches.

Condition: Good. The revolver was once cleaned, now has an aged mottled brown patina with some scattered minor spotting. The loading lever and backstrap butt have both been cleaned, with some pin point pitting. The brass has a mixed aged patina. There are a series of minor gouges and gashes on the bottom, otherwise the grip is good with some minor dings and scratches.
