Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver
Manufactured in 1861. Standard Hartford barrel address, "COLTS / PATENT" on left side of frame, the number "2" on left side of barrel lug, and the Texas Navy scene on the cylinder. Matching number on frame, barrel, trigger guard, backstrap, wedge, loading lever, and cylinder. Modern replacement trigger. Fitted with a smooth one piece grip.

Condition: Good. The revolver has a mottled gray patina with some minor pitting and some scattered minor spotting. The trigger guard and backstrap retain 40% of the original silver plating. The revarnished grip is good with a minor chip missing near the frame (left side) and a few minor nicks on the bottom edges, along with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically needs work as the revolver is out of time.
