Colt Bisley Model Single Action Army Revolver

Manufactured in 1907. The top of the barrel has the one-line Hartford address, "(BISLEY MODEL) 38 W.C.F." on the left side and the two-line, three-patent dates are marked on the left side of the frame followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The matching serial number is marked on the frame, trigger guard and back strap with the assembly number "1934" on the loading gate. The left side of the frame ahead of the cylinder and each side of the trigger guard shoulder are non-factory stamped "RSS" and "AHT upside-down W" is marked on the left side of the frame directly under the recoil shield. Blue finish with casehardened frame and hammer, blade front and frame notch rear sights, and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with the Rampant Colt in an oval at the top.

Good. The metal surfaces have a smooth mottled gray patina with strong original blue finish in protected areas. The grips are very good with some minor wear on the lower edges and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
