Manufactured in 1903. Fixed blade front sight, one line Hartford address on top of the barrel and "(BISLEY MODEL) 41 COLT." on the left. The frame has the two line, three date patent markings beside the circled Rampant Colt on the left side, "3" above the firing pin hole and "2230" assembly number. Matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard and back strap. Wide, low hammer spur with wide trigger, characteristic "humpback" grip and checkered hard rubber grips with Rampant Colt emblem at the top and "WWAI" scratched on the insides.
BBL: 5 1/2 inch round
Stock:
Gauge: 41 Long Colt
Finish: blue/casehardened
Grips: hard rubber
Serial Number: 245758
Condition: Good, with traces of the original blue finish, strongest in the protected areas, with a mixed brown patina overall, scattered spotting, and some light pitting. The front sight has been lowered. A similar brown patina has formed on the frame. Grips are good, with mild scratches and scuffs. Mechanically needs work as the cylinder does not lock up.
