Manufactured in 1903. One line Hartford barrel address and two line patent date with circled rampant colt on left side frame. Barrel gauges at .32 caliber (no caliber marking). Matching numbers on barrel, trigger guard, and back strap with the assembly number "2563" on loading gate. Action has been adjusted to have a hair trigger. Fitted with scrimshaw ivory grips. The left panel depicts an owl diving on a rabbit and the right panel depicts a rattlesnake at the top and a road runner at the bottom.

Condition: Refurbished. The metal surfaces have been cleaned bright with traces of original blue finish in the protected areas and an area of vivid original case colors on the hammer. There is some speckling on the barrel and some very scattered light pin point pitting. The slightly undersized custom grips are very fine with some very minor handling marks. The ivory has a very attractive color and grain pattern. Mechanically fine.
