Colt Ainsworth inspected U.S. Cavalry SAA revolver, .45 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood grips, #11532. This gun is in overall very good condition showing scattered traces of muted blue withconsiderable plum brown patina and some scattered light pin prick pitting at firing areas; correct italics barrel address; all matching visible serial numbers including the barrel numbered under the ejector housingthat is not numbered; good to very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings, very good to fine grips with a very clear inspector’s cartouche on the left grip (OWA) and “A” and “P” proofs on the barrel, cylinder, “A” onbackstrap and trigger guard; a very nice Ainsworth SAA with great grips.
