Colt #3 derringer .41 caliber, early high hammer, curved grip, blue and silver finish, British proofs, factory style wood grips, serial #9877. The barrel shows 90-95% original blue, some slight losses at the edges, beginning age, and some marks around the front sight. The frame shows 80-90% thinning nickel, the hammer shows 90% case hardening, bright blue on trigger and small parts. The grips show 75-85% original varnish with two small x’s carved at right top. The action is tight, the bore is excellent. The rear of the frame shows a few marks from incorrect closing. A very crisp #3 with fine engraving. From the Howard “Bud” Goebel collection. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
