Colt 1862 Navy conversion .36 rimfire SN 1121 revolver with 4 1/2" octagon barrel, SN 1469 stamped on barrel. Revolver remains in good condition with barrel showing a silver gray to brown original patina, front sight still intact and barrel address r revolver with 4 1/2" octagon barrel, SN 1469 stamped on barrel. Revolver remains in good condition with barrel showing a silver gray to brown original patina, front sight still intact and barrel address reading "Address Col Saml Colt New-York US America" The frame shows original gray brown patina with light scattered erosion, cylinder scene strong and visible with serial number 697 stamped on it. Original walnut grips show nice condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Brass pleasing mustard color patina. Barrel further stamped W.H.B. to left side and W.H. Baker to right side. Purportedly one of the founders of LC Smith shotguns, but no further provenance to substantiate this. A tight model 1862 conversion with excellent action and good bore. Manufactured 1861, NO FFL required.
