Colt 1860 Army revolver, .44 caliber percussion U.S. martially marked and inspected, serial number 46074. The metal surfaces show a gray to brown patina finish with some slight hints of blue and case hardening mixed in. The barrel address islegible but there are many nicks and dents in that area. The cylinder shows faint traces of scene also with some dings, mars and scratches along with a hint of original finish. The grips show some small losses and are slightly shy of theframe with a trace of a cartouche on left grip and many dings at the bottom. All matching visible serial numbers except on the cylinder which is numbered 1822. The barrel has had the pins replaced and is slightly shy of the frame wherethere is a small gap. The lever latch is repaired or replaced. The action is good and generally good overall for this Civil War issue Colt. Est.: $1200-$2400
