Colt 1851 Navy revolver, .36 caliber percussion, London variation with WD and broadhead English martial markings, iron backstrap and trigger guard, serial #26990. The revolver remains in good original condition showing a grey to brown painta finish overall. Scattered light to moderate erosion and pinprick pitting with some slightly heavier pitting on cylinder and left side of frame. The barrel address is sharp and crisp, and so are the WD and Colt’s patent markings. The grips show a small WD and small broadhead arrow on left side. There has been a hole drilled through the grips for the purpose of securing to a wall for military type storage. There are some nicks on bottom of grips and backstrap from being used a a tacking hammer. The serial numbers are all matching. Good action. Good interior. Traces of light cylinder scene. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
