Colt 1851 London Series Navy Revolver, .36 caliber percussion, factory style scroll engraved, blue and case hardened finish, deluxe burl walnut grips, iron backstrap and triggerguard, #19042. The revolver remains in original good to very good condition showing 50-70% original blue on barrel, showing some thinning and light cleaning at the edges and some minor erosion and pinprick pitting. The cylinder shows 50-70% original scene, Ornsby signature still legible. Engagement dates not legible. Slight traces of original finish, some pinprick pitting, and minor marks. Retains all of its original pins. The frame shows traces of original case hardening within a silvery grey patina. The straps show uncleaned patina. The grips show some light refinishing with a beautiful burl wood grain. The engraving is typical English style and shows hand-engraved Colt patent in banner on left side of frame. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
