Colt 1849 pocket model revolver, .31 caliber percussion, 5” barrel, traces of blue and casehardened finish, varnish wood grips, one-line NY address, 6-shot cylinder, serial #233893. The metal surfaces show traces of blue and case hardening, some light to slightly heavy scattered pitting and erosion with the heaviest pitting on the cylinder and firing areas. The frame shows traces of cylinder scene. There are some dents and mars on the cylinder, small losses of metal around the edges or shoulders at rear of cylinder. The barrel address is good, grips show 40-60% varnish, many nicks, mars, small losses at the toes, and about good overall. All matching visible serial numbers. Good action. Interior fair. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
