Manuscript document, signed “Allen Convers” and “E,” one page, 8.5 x 12.25, March 8, 1675. Document selling an interest in a saw mill. In part (spelling and grammar retained): “Allen Convers of the Towne of Woburne in the County of Midlesex in ther Massachusetts Collony in New England…unto Robart Eams…Carpenter one twelfth part of a saw mill…at a place commonly caled boggy medow.” In very good condition, with horizontal folds reinforced with tape on the reverse, small cuts to the right of the wax seals, and light overall foxing.
