Fr. NC-176. This virtual Gem Uncirculated note is currently tied as Finest to be PMG Certified. The face side has outstanding print quality and centering, within four full margins. The reverse is slightly off-center as is typical, with a portion of the outer border design of the note on its right printed upon the paper. All of the paper edges and corner tips are extremely sharp, being clean an crisp overall in its vivid appearance. Rich, deep red and brown signatures of Richard Cogdell and Jesse Cobb add color and eye appeal.
