Fr. DE-79. This note is nearly Gem, including some original press text embossing within the bright paper. There is a natural wood chip within the paper fiber, as made, at the mid-right outer edge. Excellent centering on both its face and back. Signed in bold brown and red ink, including the signature of “James Sykes.” James Sykes (1725 - 1792) was an American lawyer and politician from Dover, Delaware who served in the DE General Assembly and as a Continental Congressman from Delaware.
