In part: “Daughter heir of William Wolcott...for the Consideration of other lands…of my honored Father given sworn to me. Give grant relief; …claims to my Brother William Wolcott…all my rights…interest share…I have or might claim in Law…from my honored Father…all the lands or rights, titles interest in…the Township of Colebrook …[to] William Wolcott my Brother.” Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered toning and soiling, paper loss to horizontal edges, a couple small separations along folds, and scattered creases, otherwise very good condition.
