A) Rare Stevens Ideal Ladies Model No. 21 Single Shot Rifle. Manufactured circa 1910 to 1916. Globe front sight, rear sight removed (Marble filler block added), and Vernier tang peep sight. Two line Stevens A. & T. address/1894 patent date marking stamped upside down on right barrel flat with "22 LONG RIFLE" on left flat. Nicely figured checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with Swiss style buttplate.

Condition: Good. The barrel retains 30% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The remaining metal surfaces have a smooth dark patina with the receiver retaining traces of silvered out original case colors. There is some minor spotting and pitting. The wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches with the checkering having some wear.

B) Manufactured from 1911 to 1930. Fixed sights on barrel marked "22-LONG RIFLE". Address and model marking on left side of receiver along with an asterisk near the chamber. Right side of receiver has the trademark information. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with checkered hard rubber buttplate which has the "STEVENS" inside an "S" marking.

Condition: Very good. The barrel retains over 95% original blue finish with some minor thinning with an area of minor spotting. The receiver and lever retain 20% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The wood is fine with some minor varnish flaking (mostly on right side of buttstock) and some minor handling marks.
