A) Savage Model 99-EG Lever Action Rifle with Scope. Manufactured from 1935 to 1960. Ramp beaded blade front and folding leaf rear sights and a Leupold 3x9 scope with Leupold mount. Left side of receiver ring marked "SAVAGE / MODEL 99". Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivel studs, grip cap, and vented Pachmayr White Line recoil pad.
BBL: 24 inch round
Stock: walnut
Gauge: 300 savage
Finish: blue
Grips:
Serial Number: 700601
Condition: Refinished. The rifle retains 98% of the blue finish with some very mild scattered spotting. The receiver has numerous very light scratches mostly on the underside and the lever has some finished over minor pitting. The slightly undersized refinished wood has some scattered small putty filled repairs (mostly on the forearm which has a filled hole from a now removed sling swivel stud) and a minor chip missing near the frame, along with some very mild scattered handling marks. The crudely recut checkering shows some wear. The finish on the scope has taken on a purple hue with some scuffs and clear optics.

B) Manufactured from 1935 to 1960. Ramp beaded blade front and buckhorn rear sights, upper tang tapped for sight mounting, and Weaver K2.5 scope with Williams mount attached to left side of receiver. Receiver ring marked "SAVAGE / MODEL 99". Checkered Schnabel style forearm and pistol grip stock with steel serrated buttplate, grip cap, and leather sling.
BBL: 24 inch round
Stock: walnut
Gauge: 300 savage
Finish: blue
Grips:
Serial Number: 626142
Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains over 98% original blue finish with some thinning on the receiver, some slight edge wear, and limited light spotting. The lever retains most of the vivid original case colors. The wood is excellent with some very scattered minor handling marks and a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. The scope optics are clear.
