A) Scarce Remington Model 760 Gamemaster 35 Remington Slide Action Carbine. Manufactured in 1966 this is one of only 456 Model 760 carbines made in .35 Remington caliber. Ramp blade front and sporting type rear (missing elevator) sights on barrel marked with the two line address/patent marking next to ".35 REM." and "760 CARBINE" with factory proofs at the breech. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with raised buck on grip cap and checkered steel factory buttplate. No magazine.

Condition: Excellent. The carbine retains 97% original blue finish with some minor slide and edge wear. The revarnished wood is fine with most of the varnish remaining and some very scattered minor handling marks. Overall the checkering is crisp.

B) Manufactured in 1924. Blade front sight with bead and buckhorn rear sights, with standard Remington markings. Ribbed forearm and smooth pistol grip stock, with "PROPERTY / PEORIA / COUNTY, ILL / BANKERS FED" stamped on the left side of the butt and a crescent buttplate marked with the circled Remington-UMC trademark.

Condition: Very good. The rifle retains 90% original blue finish mixed with a smooth plum patina with minor slide wear. The receiver has some minor spotting. The wood is fine with most of the varnish remaining and some minor dings and scratches. The Bankers Federation marking is legible.
