A) Manufactured in the late 1860s with approximately 1,000 manufactured. The barrel cluster is marked "BACON ARMS CO. NORWICH, CONN" (double stamped). Knurled barrel cluster pin, checkered hammer, smooth spur trigger and smooth grips.

Condition: Good. The pepperbox has a smooth gray patina with some scattered light pitting. The refinished grips are good with the right panel repaired. Mechanically good.
- B) One of approximately 3,000 manufactured in the 1860s. The sides of the frame have the patent date and address markings around the hammer screw. Fitted with smooth grips numbered to the gun.

Condition: Fair. The barrel cluster has a mottled brown-gray patina. The frame has an untouched aged patina. The grips are excellent with a few minor handling marks. Barrel cluster does not rotate when action is cycled.
