A) Early Type 26 Double Action Revolver with Rare Leather Holster. Manufactured from 1894 to 1923. Cylinder and ejector both numbered "28". Barrel numbered "259" with the number also on the ejector cut-out on the cylinder. Arsenal and model markings on side plate over serial number. Checkered hardwood grips with an unusual turquoise cloth lanyard attached to the lanyard swivel on the butt. With an original early leather clamshell holster with both the waist and shoulder straps.
BBL: 4 3/4 inch round
Stock:
Gauge: 9 mm
Finish: blue
Grips: walnut
Serial Number: 41841
Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 95% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with some minor edge wear. There is limited minor pitting and some scattered minor spotting. There is a large chip missing on the left side of the grip at the bottom, otherwise the grips are very good with some scattered minor handling marks and a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Action needs work as the cylinder does not rotate properly when action is cycled. The holster is excellent with a nice dark brown color with some minor handling marks and flex wear on the leather flap hinge and latching strap.

B) Manufactured in March 1939 by Nambu Rifle Manufacturing Company. Early cocking knob and small trigger guard. Blue finish with straw colored small parts and ribbed grips. Bolt and trigger numbered to gun with magazine and cocking knob numbered to another gun. With brown leather clamshell holster.

Stock:

The stitching is tight.
