Collector's Lot of Two German P38 Semi-Automatic Pistols -A) Late World War II Walther "ac45" Code P38 Semi-Automatic Pistol

A) One line "ac45" slide marking with "Eagle/359" proof present. Ribbed grips and "Eagle/359" proof on the magazine. Visible "A" block serial numbers match. Note that the frame serial number is the only number with a capital "A" instead of the usual lower case letter. It is believed that the "a" dies were worn out in the area of the factory devoted to frame numbering and therefore a capital "A" was used.
