Collector's Lot of Two Cased Identically Numbered Miniature Colt Percussion Revolvers -A) Miniature Colt Model 1861 Navy Revolver with Shoulder Stock


A) Issued by the United States Historical Society, this is a fully functional, non firing, fine quality 1:2.125 scale miniature of the Colt Model 1861 Navy percussion revolver. Marked with the Colt one line New York address on top of the barrel, "COLT'S/PATENT" on the left side of the frame and "36 CAL" on the left side of the trigger guard shoulder. Casehardened loading lever, frame and hammer. Blue barrel and cylinder, trigger guard and back strap. Fitted with a smooth walnut grip. Complete with walnut shoulder stock with brass furniture and a wood display case with blue velvet lining.

Near new with a few very light handling marks. The brass furniture on the shoulder stock is slightly darkened with age and shows an area of discoloration on the right side of the upper bracket. The case is excellent with a couple of edge and corner marks. The lining shows very light wear.

B) Issued by the United States Historical Society, this is a fully functional, non firing, fine quality 1:2.125 scale miniature of the Colt Model 1851 Navy percussion revolver. Marked with the Colt one line New York address on top of the barrel, "COLT'S/PATENT" on the left side of the frame and "36 CAL" on the left side of the trigger guard shoulder. Casehardened loading lever, frame and hammer. Blue barrel and cylinder. Brass trigger guard and back strap. Fitted with a smooth walnut grip. Accompanied by a Certificate Of Authenticity from the USHS indicating that 3,500 were issued, this is number 625 of the issue. Complete with a wood display case with blue velvet lining.
