Collector's Lot of Two Beretta Semi-Automatic Pistols -A) Rare Beretta Model 1935 Air Force Semi-Aut
A) The slide has the two line German occupation legend with the date "1944" (correctly lacking the Fascist date). The left grip tang is stamped with a Brescia crown/lion proof and the Italian Socialist Republic Air Force crown/spread wing eagle is stamped on the right tang. Note that most Italian Socialist Republic Model 1935 Berettas manufactured during German occupation are not air force marked. Fitted with standard metal backed plastic grips with "PB" emblem.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 95% slighlty faded original blue finish with some minor edge wear. The grip straps retain traces of blue with the balance a brown-gray patina with some light spotting. The grips are excellent with the exception of a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

B) Beretta Model 1934 Commercial Semi-Automatic Pistol
Highlighted in white, "P. BERETTA-CAL. 9 CORTO-Mo 1934 BREVETTATO / GARDONE V.T. 1939-XVII" is stamped on the left side of the slide. The "M1934 has a number "7" struck over the "4". The left grip tang has 1940 dated commercial proofs. Matching serial number on frame and slide. Standard metal backed plastic grips with "PB" emblem.

Condition: Excellent. The slide retains 95% original blue finish with some minor slide wear. The frame retains 97% original blue finish with a faint plum patina and some speckling of gray on the grip straps. The grips are also excellent with a few scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
