A) Savage Model 1915 Semi-Automatic Pistol. Manufactured from 1915 to 1917, Savage produces about 3,900 Model 1915s in 380 caliber. The top of the slide is marked with the one line address and "CAL .380" on one side of the sighting groove and the 1905 patent date and "9. M/M" on the other side, large "SAVAGE" on the left side of the frame and the serial number is marked on the front of the frame. Fixed sights, casehardened trigger, checkered magazine release and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with the "SAVAGE / QUALITY", Indian head logo in the center.

Condition: Fine. The pistol retains 70% original blue finish with scattered flaking and numerous patches of minor pitting, as well as high edge wear. The grip safety pin is protruding on the left side. The grips are fine with some minor dents and dings in the otherwise crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.

B) This is most likely an example of a Model 1907-19 Modification, Number 2 with the top of the slide marked with the one line address and "CAL .380" on one side of the sighting groove and the 1905 patent date and "9. M/M" on the other side. "FIRE" and "SAFE" frame marking and the serial number on the front of the frame. Spur hammer, fixed sights, checkered magazine release, casehardened trigger and safety lever, and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with the "SAVAGE / QUALITY" Indian head logo in the center.

Condition: Very good. The pistol retains 50% of the much faded original blue finish with high edge wear, scattered thinning and minor oxidation and a few minor dings. The grips are fine with minor handling marks and crisp checkering. Crisp and clear markings. Mechanically excellent.

C) Manufactured circa 1917 to 1922, the top of the slide is marked with the two line address/patent date and caliber markings, the left side of the frame is marked with a small "SAVAGE 1917 MODEL" and the serial number is marked on the front of the frame. Fixed sights, casehardened trigger and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with the "SAVAGE / QUALITY" Indian head logo at the top.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 99% original matte blue finish with some very minor spotting on the back strap and overall light handling marks. The trigger retains most of the original bright case colors. The grips are also excellent with only a few very minor dings and sharp checkering. Sharp markings. Mechanically excellent.
