1) Spike dagger, 15 1/2" overall with an 11" diamond cross-section blade, disc guard and pommel, and a carved twisted grip. Fair. 2) Tomahawk head, 7" long with a 2 1/4" wide axe head and a drilled-through bowl. Good. 3) Jackknife, 8 1/2" open, with a 3 7/8" blade, brass inlaid stars, "An.1916./Vincente Lara" etched on the left, "Viva/Libertad" on the right, and ivory dot accents on the twist carved bone grips. Fair. 4) Unmarked knife with clip point point, 14 7/8" overall with a 10" blade, 2 3/4" back clip, and smooth hardwood grip panels. With a brown leather sheath, showing lightly tooled decoration on the front. Fair. 5) Unmarked dagger, 11" overall with a 6 1/4" double edged spear point blade, "S" profile crossguard, and a lightly contoured one piece grip. Fair. 6) Unmarked sword measuring 29" overall, with a 22 1/2" slightly curved single fuller blade, with an oval alloy crossguard and smooth grips secured with brass rivets. Poor. 7) European sword measuring 33 1/4" overall, with a 27 3/4" blade, unmarked with a square spine and a 4 3/8" false edge. With an "S" profile brass crossguard and a one piece horn grip ending in a well carved horse head pommel. The level of detail in the head is very high. Fair. 8) Large Mexican machete measuring 32 1/4" overall, with a 27" single fuller blade, fitted with a swollen front third, light animal engraving, including a scorpion and a Mexican Eagle, and the fuller inscription "SOY AMANTE LAS VELLAS" and "SOLO MUERTO POR ELLAS" (machine translation "I love to go sailing and would die for it"). Fitted with a two piece horn grip, secured with copper rivets. Fair.
