The next item is a scientific report titled, "Movements of Coyotes From and To Yellowstone National Park" by Weldon B. Robinson and Maynard W. Cummings, published by the United States Department of The Interior in 1951. The report outlines the tracking of coyotes in, out and through Yellowstone National Park explaining where and why they move, behaviors and more. The scientific report is in good condition showing a light blue paper cover and stapled pages with all interior pages in good condition. The report measures 10 3/8" L x 8" W. The final item in this collection is titled, "Yellowstone Science: Archeology of Yellowstone" by Elaine Skinner Hale, Ann Johnson and Marie Gore in 2018. Archeological resources are a key source of information about humans in Yellowstone for nearly the entire time that people have been in the area. Archeological evidence indicates that people began traveling through and using the area that was to become Yellowstone National Park more than 11,000 years ago. Because the intensity of use varies through time as environmental conditions shift, archeological resources also provide a means for interdisciplinary investigations of past climate and biotic change. The book is in good condition overall with no signs of obvious damage. It measures 11" L x 8 3/8" W.
