Collection of Vintage 7 Photos, #1 is a photo of a pair of cowboy boots with 2 rattlesnakes crawling in and out of them, #2 is a photo of an old adobe building (perhaps Lincoln NM) and shows a sign that reads ''Billy Kid carved his initials on door frame while prisoner here in 1876'', on back it credits the photo to the NM State Tourist Bureau #58,041 and there is also typed written provenance as to what the photo is depicting, #3 is a photo of 2 men holding a deceased mountain lion propped up on a fence post, on back reads ''Aultman Photo Co. 202 San Francisco El Paso, Texas'', there is a damaged place on the one side of the picture, #4 is a photo of 2 women in embroidered Mexican dance costumes on and one is wearing a sombrero, on the back credits photo to the NM State Tourism Bureau, and reads ''No. 47,592 Dancing Girls before a stagecoach. Santa Fe Fiesta, held in Santa Fe, New Mexico every year during the Labor Day weekend'', #5 is a photo of a woman dressed up in a flamenco costume wearing a bolero hat and jacket, stamped on back credits photo to the New Mexico State Tourist Bureau No. 47974, #6 is a photo of a longhorn with an old cowboy in the the background, on back reads ''Cows head in 3 3/4'' circle with horns out'' and #7 is a photo of a buffalo out on the range, on back reads ''Buffalo on Reynolds Ranch #9 Desert Art Shop 102 E. *** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, may be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.

All shipping is at the buyers expense, and will be determined after each auction, based on actual shipping charges to designated shipping address, supplied by the buyer. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs plus insurance & handling. We require all items to be insured. Return shipping of items to us must be preauthorized and is at the buyers expense.
