Large coin collection, being sold as is with many, many unopened boxes! Key items are the 2012 Silver, Clad and uncirculated sets all in oringla boxes shipped from the US Mint, unopend and some may qualify for PCGS "First Strike" designation base on shipping dates. Dates were not verified for all coins. There are brilliant, clean PCGS Proof 69 DCAM slabbed American Silver Eagles (7 including 1 first strike) and PCGS 69 Susan B. Anthony and 5 or more Sacagua dollars. Most of the coins are in the original shipping boxes from the US mint, including many of the Silver Eagles. The coins were originally slated to be graded by PCGS as some will qualify for "First Stike" designation. The boxes all contain the original printed order showing the tracking number matched to the tracking number on the outside of the box (validating the contents). This is a great starter set for a new collector or for somebody looking to start a coin business/hobby, or the seasoned collector looking for value. Fantastic item for Father's Day! Pick up of items can be made on Saturday, November 8 and Saturday, November 15, 2014, between 12 noon and 4pm at the Farm House in Goshen, CT. Please call 860-214-3980 to set up an appointment to pick up your items. Not all items are located at this location. We will do our best to coordinate items for pick up, but you may be required to pick up items at different locations. This will be determined when you schedule your pick up time. If you can not make these scheduled times, pick up of items will be done at the convenience and scheduling of the auctioneer only and an additional $100 fee will apply to cover costs of appointment staffing. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction, and payment cleared prior to picking up of items. If you are planning to hand pick up your items, you must bring your own help, boxes, any packing materials, and truck or transportation vehicles, as there will be no staff available to help you pack and load your items unless prior arraignments have been made. NO items will be released for shipping or delivery until paid in full – ABOSLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please allow adequate time for shipping coordination and implementation after the auction. Items will be released for shipment only after payment has been received and cleared by Tim's Inc. Auctions. Due to the multiple estate items being auctioned, please allow 6-12+ weeks for shipping of items to be completed. If arrangements can't be made within 10 days of sale, items will be removed and stored at the expense and risk of the buyer. After 20 days, a storage fee of $100 per lot plus $20 per day thereafter shall be charged. After 90 days, items shall be deemed abandoned. Auctioneer shall apply any deposit or payment to loss, damages, and expenses incurred in the storage and resale of goods not paid for in full or removed in the time specified and shall retain any balance as liquidated damages. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Payment Details:
ALL bids are final and irrevocable once submitted online by computer. Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract. If you bid on a lot and win (even if the bid was placed accidentally), you are liable for payment. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be NO exceptions!
Payment must be paid in full within 5 business days of sale, NO EXCEPTIONS! Due to exorbitant WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS OF ANY KIND. Payments accepted will be Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Bank Checks, Postal Money Orders, personal checks, (must clear our banks prior to release to shipper). Any payments not received in 5 business days will result in a $50 late fee immediately added to invoice. All unpaid invoices will be turned over to our attorney for collection. Buyer will be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees. Auctioneer may resell merchandise at public or private sale and retain 20% deposit as liquidated damages to all non-paid items. All late and non-paying bidders will receive negative feedback with their online bidding component. These fees and collection costs will not be waived unless released by Tim Chapulis, Auctioneer.
WIRE TRANSFERS: Invoices over $1,000 Wire Transfer payment IS REQUIRED. Wire Transfer Instructions will be emailed after the auction. (Please note there will be an additional fee for wire transfers under $1,000 of $20). Wire transfer is the quickest and most convenient payment method for auction buyers.
For invoices $1,000 and under: POSTAL MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS OF ANY KIND. An additional $20 fee will be charged for wire transfers of funds under $1,000. For invoices above $1,000, we REQUIRE payment by bank wire transfer. Failure to comply will result in shipping delays of your items.
If you are mailing payment using FedEx, UPS, any overnight delivery service, or special delivery - PLEASE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. (If we have to track down packages or pick up at Post Office, this will slow the process and result in delay of shipping items).

This is a live auction as well as online with multiple bidding mechanisms. THE FINAL BID FOR EACH ITEM SHALL BE ACCEPTED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions, and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of this site. Connecticut law will apply to all legal disputes.

A buyer' premium of 23% is added to the price knocked down by the Auctioneer for Online bidders. 23% buyer’s premium applies to ALL bidders; live, online, phone, or left bids, all bidders, anyway, all way all day. If you are the successful bidder on a lot at $100, your invoice will include a buyer's premium of $23 for a total of $123. Sales tax is applied as directed by the state of Connecticut. 1% of Buyer's Premium will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Peter W. Chapulis 1% of Buyer's Premium will be donated to The Possum Foundation, Litchfield, CT, which helps families in the community with medical needs, and 1% of Buyer's Premium will be donated to the Jimmy from Giovanni's Community Fund in support of the Morris Volunteer Fire Department, from auction of estate contents proceeds of this historic auction!
ABSENTEE / PHONE BIDS /ONLINE BIDS: Absentee bids are accepted. Phone bids are accepted at the Auctioneer's discretion. Tim's Inc. Auctions shall not be held responsible or liable for bids that are missed or otherwise not executed. If you will be bidding online, please sign up prior to the start of the auction. If you sign up during the auction, your status may still be pending while the sale is in progress. We will review all pending registrations as quickly as possible during the auction, but make no guarantee that your registration will be accepted while the auction is in progress.
Phone bidders are required to register for phone/absentee bidding no later than 3pm the day prior to the auction. Phone bidders will be called from the auction house. No incoming calls are taken for phone bids or condition reports the day of auction. As each item is sold the phone bidders agent will announce the bid price. Failure to immediately object constitutes acknowledgment of the purchase at the announced price. Phone bidders should confirm the hammer price after any successful bid.
Bids accepted by the online bidding console may or may not be accepted by the auctioneer. THE FINAL BID FOR EACH ITEM SHALL BE ACCEPTED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. The actual buyer and final bid shall be as recorded by the auctioneer, even if different from that recorded on the online system. By registering for this auction bidder agrees that Tim's Inc. Auctions shall be held harmless for any and all damages as a result of a clerking error on the online system. Bids on the floor generally take precedence. Where the Consignor is indebted to or has a monetary guarantee from Tim's Inc. Auctions, and in certain other instances, Auctioneer may have an interest in the offered lots and the proceeds there from other than its commissions, and may bid therefore to protect its own interests. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lots from the sale or cancel a sale at the Auctioneer's discretion at any time until payment is accepted from buyer. BUYER AGREES TO HOLD AUCTIONEER HARMLESS FOR WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF SALE. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or eject any person from the premises.
