Cogswell & Harrison Single Shot Break Action Gun in 300 Rook Caliber #43866
Shoots .32 Long Colt.
The receiver retains the case hardening colours. It is engraved with very fine scroll work. The barrel is matted along its full length. The blueing is in good condition.
28" Octagon Barrel has a Good Bore with some light pitting ahead of the chamber. Very Shootable Condition.
Retains the original sights. & steel buttplate.
The checkered stock is made of fancy walnut with a horn forend tip.
The forend has a chip out of it on the left side in front of the receiver and the heel of the buttsock has been repaired at one time. There are minor scratches/dents in the stock. See Photos.
Firearms are not tested and should be inspected by a Competent Gunsmith before firing.
