Framed under plexi-glass. Visible image measures 10.25"x20.5". A good bit of overall color touchup restoration inpainting and enhancement. Still displays well. Cond. 6.5-7.0 with restoration considered, but displays even better.

1. In printing this catalog, Gary Metz has endeavored to accurately
describe all items being sold, but all property offered herein for sale is being sold "As Is" and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. No statement in this listing, bill of sale, invoice, or else where by any representative of or person in the employee of Gary Metz shall be deemed to be warranty, representation,
or assumption of liability with respect to these items.

2. All absentee bids shall be secured with a VISA or MasterCard
number, or a cash deposit of $50.00 or 10% of the total left bids, whichever is greater, at our opinion. All bids are taken and bid on your behalf as a service by us. Every effort will be made to execute properly all such bids, but in the event of an error or omission, we shall not be held liable.

3. The deadline for the receipt of mail or phone bids is Friday, 8
days prior to Auction day. No promise of execution of bids received later is given.

3a. At the discretion of Gary Metz, phone bidding may be arranged on certain lots. Lines are limited and must be reserved a week
in advance of the auction. Ultimate success of this bidding is at your risk. We are never responsible for not being able to reach you, a
proper connection, failure to convey your bids, or any error or
omission. Some bidders elect to give us standby bids in the event we are unable to reach them by phone. these are known only to Gary or
the phone agent and are discarded once you are reached on the lot you wish to bid on.

4. The highest bidder accepted by the auctioneer shall be the buyer.
In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer may, in his discretion, determine who is the successful bidder, and his decision shall be final; or the auctioneer may re-offer and resale the article in dispute.

5. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the
fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once the title has passed.

6. All sales are subject to Virginia Sales Tax unless the buyers hold a current resale number and registers it with us.
<Br>
7. All successful absentee bidders shall bear the cost of packing by
a third party packing store, shipping, and insurance on items purchased.
<Br>
8. All lots sold are subject to a 15% buyer's premium for absentee or attending or live buyers, which is added to the successful bid price, discounted to 10% for approved check or cash. Phone bidders are
subject to a 15% buyer's premium. On-line bidders are subject to
a 20% buyer's premium.

9. All accounts are to be settled by the end of sale and all
purchases promptly removed from auction premises.

10. Payment to be made by cash or check if approval has been established with Gary Metz. I reserve the right to hold all merchandise paid for by check until such check has cleared the bank.

11. For check approval, if not established and/or approved by Gary Metz, please supply a bank letter of credit addressed to Gary Metz as follows:

13. Any consignor to this auction is free to bid on property they have not consigned and do not own.

14. In bidding on any lot herein offered for sale, the bidder thereby indicates the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

15. Gary Metz shall not be liable in any way if a lot is withdrawn for any reason prior to sale.

16. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed matter.

17. We act as dual agents. We want to sell every item for the highest possible amount for the consignor. We also want to allow you, the buyer, to purchase any item you bid on for as little as possible. That means we will only advance a bid on your behalf if a legitimate competing bid or reserve bid forces us to increase a bid on your behalf up to the limit of any maximum bidding instructions you en-trusted us with on any lot or lots. First received bid in any tie situation is the winner. If disputed, we decide final outcome.

18. All items are sold for display purposes. If electrical, mechanical, or other working parts are inoperable, even if working at the time of sale, we are never liable due to the inherent temperamental nature of many of these old mechanisms and artifacts.

19. Any attempts to manipulate, monopolize, control, undermine or
otherwise negatively affect the operation of this auction will be taken seriously and expose the person or persons responsible to the risk of criminal and/or civil prosecution.
