Two different groups comprised of: six original vintage glossy and matte-finish photos from the sets of five different De Vinna productions, all approximately 10 x 8. Photos are from The Scarlet Letter, La Boheme, War Paint, Winners of the Wilderness, and the Red Mill. Images include two photos of ‘Fatty’ Arbuckle directing the Red Mill, after his Hollywood ban. Also included is a small clipped portrait of De Vinna’s mentor Anton Nagy. Photos were originally obtained from De Vinna’s daughter; and a collection of nine negatives and various size snapshots of Bessey visiting RKO Pictures on the set of The Bishop’s Wife with director Henry Koster and Academy Award-winner Gregg Toland, as well as a couple of photos from the prop department and Fox armory. In overall fine condition.
