<B>Clouds Over Europe (Columbia, 1939).</B></I> Insert (14" X 36"). Clearly one of the precursors to the lightly comical spy films of the sixties, this 1939 British production stars Ralph Richardson as a harried government investigator tracking down a pattern of disappearances involving experimental airplanes, with the dashing Laurence Olivier as a concerned test pilot eager to lend a hand, and Valerie Hobson as a nosy reporter with an agenda of her own. Olivier is billed on this poster as the star when in fact Ralph Richardson was the lead. The poster has wear to the corners and was rolled and crimped at one time, as it has crimp marks up and down the length.
