Clipped point bowie knife, circa late 19th to early 20th century, unmarked, 10-1/8” overall, 6” blade with full clip point, measuring approx. 1” across widest portion. The blade is nicely ground and well made, and shows a genuine ivory grip with silver ferrules and German silver crossguard. A silver mounted scabbard is included and missing its tip. The blade shows some polishing. The grip shows a few cracks but is good with just normal patina. Very much English or American in style and good quality. Est: $250 - $500
