Signed in black felt tip by all 13 House Managers: James E. Rogan, Henry Hyde, Asa Hutchinson, Ed[ward] Bryant, Bill McCollum, George Gekas, Steve Chabot, Bob Barr, Chris Cannon, Charles Canady, Steve Buyer, Lindsey Graham, and Jim Sensenbrenner. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter from Congressman James E. Rogan, which reads, in part: “The signatures of all 13 of the House Managers on this photograph were personally obtained by me on the floor of the United States Senate during the impeachment trial of President Clinton.” Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
